If you need to return non-personalized merchandise for any reason, I will take it back up to 30 days after the date that I delivered it to you.
Merchandise must be in original condition and packaging, so that I can re-sell it. Unprinted and Pre-printed Ribbon must be unused, uncut and untouched in the original unopened plastic sleeve. Sorry, but I cannot accept returns for items that have been discontinued. I also cannot accept returns of Personalized items - including Personalized Ribbon, Buttons, Tags, Labels, Gift Wrap, Invitations / Cards or any other item that has been customized according to your approved specifications. Where applicable, I will credit you for the value of the merchandise less a 15% restocking fee - shipping charges to and from you are not refundable. Free Shipping orders are assessed $10 against refunds to cover shipping and handling fees.
